The wooden dummy (Mook Jong) is a traditional practice tool in Wing Chun and other Chinese martial arts. A typical wooden dummy consists of a round wooden "body," three wooden "arms," and a "leg," which are positioned for practicing Wing Chun techniques. Some other schools use it for their own practice or even have their own unique dummy design. This dummy is designed to be mounted to a wall via four included brackets.
